I cant explain how i started to work the steps, other than my Higher Power (HP) helped me.

I was working the steps from the Big Book and the Twelve and twelve without a sponsor, knowing that i did not have a problem with alcohol in my life. To my surprise the steps worked for me!

It was not until some days after i finnished the forth step, that i became aware (my denial cracked) that i was a sex-addict. I remember it as a very painful and intensly shameful moment. But today, i am most grateful that i did, and am doing, the steps. Being restored, one day at a time, to sanity.
