I am so happy to be smoke free. It has been over 2 years since I quit and this is the longest I have been quit. I have had lots of support and better yet, I have supported many quitting smoking. It is like in A.A....helping others insures your sobriety, or in this case my smobriety. Just wanted to stop in and say it works if you work it with the quitting smoking program too. Hugs, Karen

Hello everyone. 3 years and counting smoke free as of September of 2008. I have not been back here much to post but trying to get back into the sites again this year. I am very grateful to not be putting all that junk in my lungs now. It is one day at a time like anything else but this quit feels a lot better then my 2002-2003 quit. Karen

CONGRATS KAREN! That truely is awesome! Im very grateful for you sharing your experience with smoking. I have been struggling with it and hope I can have as much strength as you have shown. Thanks so much. I am still smoke free and very grateful. I have seen my husband quit and start again but I have not let that start me smoking again. I own my quit and I have so much wonderful support online that it is unbelieveable. I love this quit and if feels different from the one I had in 2002-2003. Karen

Where has the time gone? End of another year and I am still smoke free and very grateful!!! Looking forward to a new year of health and good times. KarenI have been quit for 4 Years, 3 Months, 2 Weeks, 6 Days, 16 hours, 46 minutes and 6 seconds (1,572 days). I have saved $12,581.58 by not smoking 62,907 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Year, 2 Months, 1 Week, 3 Days, 20 hours and 30 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/8/2005 9:00 PM
